Event Details
The West Milton Red, White & Run 5k takes place on July 4. The event starts and finishes at Milton Union High School in West Milton, Ohio.
Course
The course is a 5k run/walk. It includes a section through the woods at the Lowry Complex and finishes on the track at the stadium. A course map is available for download.
Awards and Prizes
The event features a variety of awards. These include prizes for the top three overall male and female finishers, as well as age group awards for the top three in categories ranging from 10 and under to 70 and over. There is also a $50 prize for both male and female course record setters. Additional recognitions are given for the youngest and oldest racers and for the best spirit (male and female).
Registration
Registration costs $30. A t-shirt is included for registrations received by June 20. Online registration opens on April 1, 2026.
Beneficiary
All proceeds from the race benefit the Milton-Union Alliance, a non-profit organization focused on raising awareness of issues impacting Milton-Union Schools and fostering a more informed community. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
