Wellness On The Water
Wellness On The Water takes place in Lake Charles on May 9, 2026 at the Lake Charles Event Center Amphitheatre, 900 Lakeshore Drive, Lake Charles, LA 70601. The event includes a 5K route that follows the waterfront, goes through the historic district, and finishes at the Arcade Amphitheatre.
The morning program continues with a lineup of fitness and movement sessions led by local, certified instructors. A Wellness Expo hosted by AdSource will feature local health and wellness providers. A Kids Zone offers movement activities for children. Parking is available at the Lake Charles Event Center.
Registration is listed at $35 for the registration period from February 9, 2026 through May 1, 2026. Short sleeved performance shirts are provided to registered participants and are guaranteed for those who register prior to May 1, 2026. Packet pickup is scheduled on May 7 and May 8 at the Lake Charles Event Center Box Office. Registered participants must present photo identification for packet pickup; proxy pickup is allowed for immediate family members with identification.
All sales are final and no refunds are permitted. In cases of dangerous conditions, the event may be delayed, altered, shortened, or cancelled; decisions on weather and safety are made by marshals and Lake Charles Event Center staff and participants will be notified by email and social media.
