Registration prices listed on the event page are $35 for the 5K (youth $25) and $45 for the 10K (youth $35). Prices increase after January 14, 2026. A custom 2026 finisher medal is available for purchase. A course map is provided online via MapMyRun.

Logistics and services

The event is based at Wellmark YMCA, 501 Grand Ave, Des Moines, IA 50309. Packet pick up is scheduled at the Wellmark YMCA on February 12 and February 13 (4:30 pm to 6:30 pm) and on February 14 beginning at 7:30 am. Race day parking is available at a Locust Street parking garage between 6th and 5th Avenue and at a parking garage on 5th Street between Grand Avenue and Watson Powell Jr Way; directions to each garage are provided. Red Flannel apparel (short sleeve tee, long sleeve tee, hoodie) is available for purchase during registration.
