Weiser River 50K Ultra & Relay
The event on April 25, 2026 takes place in Council and Midvale, Idaho. It features multiple entry options and uses the Weiser River Trail for a point to point 50 kilometer route that finishes at Midvale Community Park.

The course follows a converted railroad bed that is a National Recreation Trail. Surfaces include stony railroad ballast, dirt, and some paved crossings as the trail passes through towns. The route runs alongside the Weiser River, through canyons and across open farmland, with very little elevation change.
Aid stations are positioned along five legs: Council to Mesa Siding (6.1 miles), Mesa Siding to Goodrich (6.9 miles), Goodrich to Cambridge (9.1 miles), Cambridge to Shoepeg (5.0 miles), and Shoepeg to Midvale (4.1 miles). These aid stations also serve as exchange points for relay teams.
Entry policies and services described by the organizer include a registration deadline of April 6, 2026 to be guaranteed event swag, no cancellation refunds with the option to roll an entry to the following year by contacting the race director, a shuttle from Midvale to Council on race morning for solo runners only, and several local lodging and camping options such as Trailhead Hostel, Weiser River Trail RV Park, Mundo Hot Springs, Hartland Inn & Motel, and Meadows Valley Motel.
