Weekday Preschool 5K

The Weekday Preschool 5K is the second annual community fun run held on October 3, 2026, in Greensboro, North Carolina. The event centers on a 3.1 mile route around Fisher Park and includes a shorter children’s run. The event is stroller friendly and features intermittent route activities such as bubbles and park views through residential neighborhoods.

All proceeds from the event are designated to fund tuition assistance for students who might not otherwise attend the preschool. The program for the day also includes packet pickup the day before at a local running shop and a race day packet pickup table. Parking for the event is organized at 712 N. Eugene Street, one block from the race location.

An award ceremony is scheduled to take place in the Life Center at the preschool. The children’s fun run is slightly less than 800 meters and will not be timed.
