Festive Farm Yard Five
The event takes place on Saturday 13 December 2025, organised by PFW Running in partnership with Farm Yard Brew Co. The route starts and finishes at Farm Yard Brew Co., Gulf Lane, Lancaster, and runs out along Gulf Lane with views over open countryside and the Trough of Bowland hills. The course is a 5 miles road/pavement loop that is described as flat and accurately measured. There is a beer-stocked aid station at the halfway point; water is optional at that station. The tap room and a street food vendor will be on site for runners and spectators.
Entry and logistics
Maximum entries are 100 and the minimum age is 18 years. Entry fees are listed as £18 for affiliated runners and £20 for unattached runners. The entry fee includes medical cover, a Santa hat, a mince pie, and entry to a draw for cans of Farm Yard Brew Co. beer. There are prizes of 2 cans of beer for each of the first three male and first three female finishers. No medals are handed out; finishers receive a voucher for a free pint of beer or a soft drink. The event provides friendly marshals, free parking, and is held under a road running licence. Refunds are not permitted; deferrals or transfers are allowed up to one week before the event.
