Festive Farm Yard Five
The Festive Farm Yard Five is a 5-mile road race taking place on Saturday 12th December 2026 at Farm Yard Brew Co., Gulf Lane, Lancaster LA2 0ER. The event is organised in partnership with Farm Yard Brew Co and uses a measured, flat course that starts and finishes at the brewery. Runners head out along Gulf Lane with views over open countryside and the Trough of Bowland hills. A beer-stocked aid station (water optional) is provided at the halfway point.
Entry options and prices are listed for the single race and for all three farm yard five events in the series in 2026. The single 5-mile entry fees are £18 for affiliated runners and £20 for unattached runners. A reduced combined price is available for entering all three farm yard five races in the 2026 series.
The entry package includes medical cover, a Santa hat, a mince pie, and placement into a prize draw for cans of Farm Yard Brew Co beer. Two prizes of six cans will be drawn on the day prior to the race. Prizes also include two cans of beer for the first three male and the first three female finishers. There will be no finishers' medals; finishers receive a voucher for a free pint of beer or a soft drink. The tap room will be open for runners and spectators and a street food vendor will be present.
