Festive Farm Yard Five
The Festive Farm Yard Five is a 5 miles road race held on 12 December 2026 at Farm Yard Brew Co, Gulf Lane, Lancaster LA2 0ER. The event uses an accurately measured, fast flat course on road and pavement. Maximum field size is 150 and minimum age is 18 years.
The route starts and finishes at the brewery and runs along Gulf Lane with views over open countryside and the Trough of Bowland hills. A beer stocked aid station is positioned at the halfway point. A draw for two prizes of six cans of Farm Yard Brew Co beers will take place on the day before the race; all entrants are included in the draw.
Entry includes medical cover, event held under a road running license, a Santa hat and a mince pie. Prizes include two cans of beer for the first three male and first three female finishers. Finishers receive a voucher for a free pint of beer or a soft drink. The tap room will be open for runners and spectators and a street food vendor will be on site. Free parking is available. This event is the third in a series of three Farm Yard five mile beer runs in 2026; entering all three events also provides a Farm Yard Brew beer glass.
