About the race
We Run Wednesdays is a free weekly community run and walk hosted by Social Running Club along the Trinity River. The meeting location is The Trailhead at Clearfork, 4801 Edwards Ranch Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76109. The event follows a leader on an out and back course with no marked routes or water stops.
The group moves at individual pace for up to 4 miles or about 40 minutes on the trail. The evening typically includes a new runner orientation on the grass led by a run coach, followed by a starter photo and the social run or walk. The event is cupless; participants are asked to bring a refillable water bottle and to wear weather appropriate clothing and headlamps in winter.
Participation is open to all paces and people. Participants should be mindful of their physical limits and check organizer updates for any last-minute changes or cancellations.
