We Fight Together Awareness Run
The event is a community 3K walk and run held on June 6, 2026 at Wicker Park, Pavilion A, located at 8554 Indianapolis Boulevard, Highland, Indiana (west entrance). It is organized as an awareness event about drug poisoning and overdose that honors lives lost, supports those affected, and promotes education and prevention.
Participation is free. Registration opens March 1, 2026 and closes June 6, 2026. Participants may create fundraising pages and those who raise at least $100 receive an event t-shirt and a gift bag. Teams of four or more may register to take part together.
All funds raised support Sounds of Sarah Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on prevention, education, and advocacy about the dangers of illicit fentanyl, counterfeit drugs, and addiction. The organization states that 100% of donations directly support its programs, including Link4Life and the EMBRACE program, and that donations are tax deductible as allowable by law. The event is described as the fourth annual edition and brings together runners and walkers to expand resources and outreach for life-saving information and services.
