We Can Be Heroes 5K
The We Can Be Heroes 5K takes place on October 25, 2026 at Orange County Airport in Montgomery, NY. The event program includes a 5K run, a 5K walk, and a short kids fun run for children.

The course is described as flat. Awards will be presented to top finishers in each age group for the 5K race. Complimentary race shirts are guaranteed for the first 175 registered participants; participants who register after October 5 may not receive their selected shirt size.
Packet pick-up begins the day of the event with light refreshments available. Registration fees are noted for each event entry.
All proceeds benefit Fearless! Hudson Valley, a private 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving Orange and Sullivan Counties. Fearless! Hudson Valley provides free and confidential services for victims and survivors of abuse and violence and pursues education, prevention, advocacy, shelter, and comprehensive services for survivors of interpersonal violence, human trafficking, sexual violence, and other forms of crime victimization.
