Event Overview
The We Are Charter 5K Race and 1 Mile Walk is scheduled for Saturday, April 25, 2026. It offers separate race categories for participants aged 18 and under and 19 and over. Registration fees vary by age group and event.
Location
The event takes place in Camden, New Jersey, at 250 Federal Street.
Course
The 5K running route follows the Delaware River waterfront. A separate 1 mile walking course is also available.
Events and Registration
Participants can register for one of four events, each with a different entry fee:
- We Are Charter 5K Run (19 and over): $25
- We Are Charter 5K Run (18 and under): $5
- We Are Charter 1 Mile Walk (19 and over): $10
- We Are Charter 1 Mile Walk (18 and under): $5
Participant Perks
Awards for the 5K are given based on time and are divided by gender and age groups. An event shirt is guaranteed for participants who register by Friday, March 27, 2026. For those registering after that date, shirts will be available after the race while supplies last.
Community Festival
A free 'Fit and Fun for Wellness' Health Fair runs alongside the event. It includes health screenings, educational materials, community resource booths, and healthy food samples. Activities for children are provided, such as bounce houses, games, and face painting.
