Event Overview

The WCN's Run/Walk for Hunger is a running and walking event supporting efforts against poverty. It takes place in Winona Lake, Indiana.

Event Details

The event includes three options: a live 5K run/walk, a 10K run/walk, and a virtual run/walk. All three events are listed with an entry price of $25. Price increases for the live events occur after April 5, 2026.

The Course

The live 5K event will take place on the paved Heritage Trail. The trail features water views, town streets, wooded areas, and trailside artwork.

Race Day Logistics

The starting address is given as 1590 Park Avenue in Winona Lake. Race day registration for the live event opens at the Winona Lake Senior Center (1500 Park Avenue) from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM. Pre-registration closes on March 1st, and event t-shirts are guaranteed only to those who pre-register.

Purpose
