About the race
The 2nd Annual Wayzata Athletics Boosters Turkey Trot is scheduled for Thanksgiving morning on November 26, 2026, at Wayzata High School in Plymouth, Minnesota. The event features a 5K run that starts and finishes next to the stadium and follows a loop through the high school campus and nearby neighborhoods north of the school. The event is organized with a family-friendly focus and welcomes both runners and walkers.
After the run there will be music and post race refreshments. All participants receive a race day stocking cap as part of registration. Registration opens August 31, 2026, and closes October 20, 2026; the listed registration fee is $30. The event takes place on school property and uses adjacent streets for the course.
