9th Annual Wayne Rotary 5K
The Wayne Rotary 5K is a community athletic event held in Wayne, New Jersey. The course is situated adjacent to Our Lady of the Valley Church and is noted for being both fast and flat, making it a suitable environment for participants aiming for a personal record. The event serves as a fundraiser for the Wayne Rotary Club-Foundation, with a portion of the proceeds supporting local high school running programs.

For 2026, the race is honored to host a USATF Championship, specifically welcoming competitive Coed Teams. These teams can consist of any number of members, with the top three male and top three female finishers used to determine the collective team time. A prize pool is established for the top six finishing Coed Teams.
Participants can enjoy baked goods provided by a local sponsor. Following the race, an awards ceremony and post-race party are held at the Village Inn, located a short distance from the finish line. Trophies are awarded to the top three overall male and female finishers, as well as the top three local high school students. Medals are also provided for the top three finishers in various age categories ranging from 14 and under to 90 plus. Parking is available in designated areas behind the church.
