Waymaker Miracles Run/Walk 5K
The Waymaker Miracles event on July 25, 2026 takes place at Friedman Park in Newburgh, Indiana. It is presented as the third annual edition and is organized to raise funds and awareness for couples in the community who are experiencing infertility.

The 5K run/walk uses an out-and-back course and is chip-timed by To The Finish. The 1 Mile Family Fun Walk is not timed and begins after the 5K, heading in the opposite direction of the 5K course. A Virtual 5K option is also available. The Little Miracles Kids Dash is approximately 0.25 Miles and every child receives a participation medal.
Awards include cash prizes for overall male and female finishers: $500 first, $250 second, and $100 third. Age group awards go to the top three male and female finishers in age groups ranging from 1–10 through 80–99. An awards ceremony follows the kids dash.
Packet pick-up is available early on July 24 at Dove & Twig Coffee Shop (Bethel Church), 4400 Lincoln Ave, Evansville, IN, and on race day at Friedman Park. Strollers and dogs are welcome. Post-race family activities include a raffle, a coffee truck, a photo booth, face painting, and inflatables. The event proceeds focus on support, prayer, and financial assistance for families affected by infertility. Entries are non-refundable and the event proceeds rain or shine.
