Waves of Hope 5K - Saint Augustine Beach
Waves of Hope 5K is a running event on May 2, 2026, held at 350 A1A Beach Blvd, Saint Augustine, FL 32080. The course distance is 3.1 miles. The event benefits the Tidal Resilience Foundation, a Northeast Florida nonprofit that supports children and families who have experienced the loss of a parent or caregiver.
Proceeds fund ocean rooted resilience programs including Resilience Kits, Resilience Weeks, and Resilience Rides, a paddle based healing experience. All runners receive a race shirt and a finisher medal.
A post race celebration will take place at Back 40 A1A and will feature live music, food, and community. Participants may redeem their race ticket for a first drink provided on the house. Awards will be presented to the fastest runners in age and gender categories. The event will be professionally chip timed by Florida Race Day.
