Event overview
Ocean's 26.2 Relay Race and 6k Run and Ruck is held in Palm Coast, Florida at the Hammock Community Center (79 Mala Compra Rd). The relay covers a marathon distance on a three-loop course that starts, ends and exchanges in the same transition area. The route stays near the Atlantic Ocean for much of the course. The 6k course follows the Mala Compra Trails as a loop, mostly on hard packed trail and boardwalk, with some sidewalk along A1A and Mala Compra Rd.

Format, logistics and awards
Teams are organized as two- or three-person squads. Team categories are Male, Female and Coed; ruck relays use the same categories. Each team must have a designated team captain who registers and pays for the full team and then invites team members to register. Course maps and a parking/team setup layout are provided.
Awards include top three men's, women's and co-ed for both two- and three-person teams; top three men and women in the 6k; and top three masters in the 6k. Ruck relay awards will depend on entries, with first-place awards planned for two- and three-person ruck teams; a GO RUCK pack will be given to a random rucker. The event partners with Sombrero Outreach Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization with a mission to strengthen the community by identifying those with financial need and supporting nonprofit efforts.
