Race format and course
The 5K run/walk takes place on the streets of Watertown and begins and ends by the Watertown Public Library. The route passes historic homes including the Octagon House, is marked with cones, and is supported by volunteers in reflective vests. Water, Gatorade and Lucky Charms will be available at the halfway point. The Little Leprechaun Fun Run is an up-and-back course on Water Street and awards kids as they cross the finish line.
Registration, packet pickup and other logistics
Individual registration includes a long sleeve shirt and swag bag for paid entries; a family bundle option registers up to five household members for one price and includes short sleeve shirts. Packet pickup is at Watertown Public Library, 100 S Water St (Main St entrance) the day before the event. Indoor bathrooms are available at the library; additional facilities are at Webster Elementary School halfway along the route. Refunds are not offered.
