Warrior Waterfront 5K - Grand Junction, CO

The Warrior Waterfront 5K is the second edition of a community race held at Las Colonias Waterfront Park, 1461 Riverfront Dr, Grand Junction, CO 81501. The event is run in conjunction with the Central High School Warrior Cross Country Invitational. Proceeds support the CHS cross country team.

Race bibs can be picked up on the morning of the event at the shelter in Las Colonias Park. The running course follows trails along the waterfront and uses a mix of grass, dirt, and paved surfaces. The layout is a two-loop course designed to be spectator friendly.

The day includes multiple school cross country races alongside the community 5K, an awards presentation, and waterfront activities after the races such as a zip line and watersports rentals. Food and additional park activities are available on the waterfront park area.
