Warrior Dash
The Warrior Dash is a running event held on 10/10/2026 at East Stroudsburg University, Eiler Martin Stadium in East Stroudsburg, PA. Proceeds benefit the ESU Warriors men’s and women’s cross country programs.
Distances included:
- Little Warriors 1/4 Mile Run (400 m), one lap on the stadium track
- 2K Kids Run (2 km), one loop around campus
- 5K Warrior Dash (5 km), two different loops around campus
Each entry includes a free race t-shirt. Age group awards and overall awards are given, with top three finishers recognized overall and in each age group. Little Warriors receive medals upon completion. Door prizes and gift card or coupon giveaways are available to 2K and 5K entrants; winners must be present at the awards to receive them.
On-course amenities include a water station on the course and at the finish, athletic training personnel at the start and finish, and post-race refreshments such as Goldberg’s Bagels, Starbucks coffee, bottled water, granola bars, and fruit. The event will be professionally timed by Bryn Mawr Racing Co., and results will be posted by the timing company.
Registration information: registration opens 7/15/2026 and closes 10/4/2026. Registration fees are $15.00 for the Little Warriors run, $25.00 for the 2K, and $30.00 for the 5K. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
