The MT. TAMMANY 10 : March 20, 2027
The MT. TAMMANY 10 is an ultramarathon held at Delaware Water Gap, NJ, organized by Athletic Equation Trail Series. The course covers almost 40.0 miles and is described as containing ten climbs and over 10,000 feet of elevation gain across the route.
The Start/Finish is at the Kittatinny Parking Lot Pavilion. Each loop sends runners to the Dunnfield parking lot, up the Red-Dot trail to the summit of Mt. Tammany, then onto the blue blaze trail for the descent, across the river, and back to Dunnfield. Runners complete this sequence for a total of ten loops. At the end of every 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th, and 10th loop, participants must return to the Start/Finish Pavilion for check-in and loop verification. Crews are not allowed to provide aid in the Dunnfield Parking Area.
The organizer notes technical and rugged trail conditions; participants may encounter falls, bruises, strains, sprains, and cuts. The course includes mountain views on climbs and waterfalls and rushing water on descents. Registration is open through March 17, 2027.
