Warrington 10k 2026
The Warrington 10k is a road running event organized by the Warrington Road Runners. The competition takes place on a course that has been accurately measured and features chip timing for all participants. The route is situated within Woolston Park and also utilizes the surrounding road network in the eastern part of Warrington.
The course is described as fast and flat, consisting of a winding route across multiple types of terrain. Participants will encounter some uneven ground, narrow points, and sharp turns. Because of these specific course characteristics, the event is not suitable for pushchairs, prams, wheelchairs, or runners with dogs. The race is conducted according to UK Athletics Rules of Competition and holds a UKA license.

The event is open to participants aged 16 and over. Facility provisions include on-site toilets and off-street parking, which is available for a small donation. Cash prizes are awarded to the first male and first female finishers, with an additional cash bonus available if a new course record is established. For safety reasons and in accordance with UKA rules, the use of headphones is not permitted on single carriageway roads that are not wholly closed to traffic.
