Event Overview
The Wandering Wolves 50k/25k/12k is a trail running event held at Wyandotte County Lake Park in Kansas City, Kansas. Organized by Wyco Wolfpack, the race takes place on a winding, clockwise loop that utilizes the local single-track trail system. The course consists almost entirely of single-track paths, with the exception of a section crossing the lake dam. While some rocks and roots are present, the terrain is described as not being overly technical. No bridle trails are included in the route.

- 25k

Logistics and Amenities
The event starts from Shelter 16, located across from the Archery Range and Dog Park within Wyandotte County Lake Park. Registered participants receive a race shirt, with sizes guaranteed for those who sign up by September 13th. All finishers across every distance receive a custom medal and a sticker. Additionally, those completing the 50k distance receive a finisher hat.
Professional photography is provided along the course to document the event. Post-race amenities include catered food and drinks provided by Whiskey River Pizza & Pub. Aid stations are positioned along the route to support runners. While registration is available online until September 24th, race day signup is also permitted, though swag availability and shirt sizes are not guaranteed for late entries.
