Walterville Waddle 5K
The Walterville Waddle is a community 5K run/walk in Walterville, Oregon on Saturday, September 12, 2026. The event begins and finishes in the field next to the Walterville Community Center at 39259 Camp Creek Rd, Springfield, OR 97478.
The course route includes a first mile on paved residential streets, a second mile on dirt roads that pass local farms, and a final mile on a gravel road alongside the EWEB canal. Dogs are not allowed on the course. After the event, activities at the Community Center include the Walterville Community Fair and the Parade.
Registration information lists a base entry fee of $25 for ages 19-59. Registrants aged 60 and over receive a $5 discount, ages 10-18 receive a $5 discount, and ages 0-9 register for free. A t-shirt may be added through August 26 for $23.39 (listed as $20.00 plus a $3.39 processing fee). On-site registration will be available on race morning for those who miss the online deadline; a $5 late fee applies. Race bibs are available on race morning near the start/finish area.
Awards are given to the overall female and male winners and to male and female winners in each age group. Age groups are: ages 0-9, 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80-89, 90-99, and 100+.
