First Run : Eugene, OR

First Run takes place in Eugene, Oregon at Valley River Inn across two dates: Thursday, December 31, 2026 and Friday, January 1, 2027. The event presents separate New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day race options, plus a combined entry for both days.

There are three registration options with published fees and a shirt add-on:

New Year’s Eve 5K and 10K: $35 registration; tech shirt available for $18; registration available through the day of the event.
New Year’s Day 5K and 10K: $35 registration; tech shirt available for $18; registration available through December 31.
Run on Both Days 5K/10K: $60 registration; tech shirt available for $18; registration available through the day of the event.

Each registration option allows up to ten participants in a single transaction. Youth athletes aged 17 and under and seniors aged 60 and older receive a $5 discount applied during the registration process.
