Wallingford Thames Run

The Wallingford Thames Run, held in Crowmarsh, Wallingford, offers 5k and 10k race options on a mainly flat course that loops through Crowmarsh, crosses the river, and runs along the banks of Wallingford before returning via the town and bridge. The 10k involves two laps of the 5k route. The event welcomes both seasoned runners and beginners, with team and individual prizes across various age and gender categories.

The course is not suitable for buggies or wheelchairs, and no headphones are allowed for safety. Water is provided at the finish, and a fun Colour Dash follows the main races.
