Walk the Talk 5K Run & 1 Mile Walk
The Walk the Talk 5K Run & 1 Mile Walk is scheduled for May 17, 2026 at the RiverWinds Community Complex, 1000 Riverwinds Dr., West Deptford, New Jersey. The event includes multiple course options and is organized as an outdoor community event that proceeds regardless of weather.
Distances offered:
- 5K (adult entry fee $35)
- 5K Kids (12 and under, entry fee $25)
- 1 mile walk (entry fee $25)
Open registration begins January 20, 2026 and closes May 16, 2026. Race day registration and packet pick-up will be available at the Riverwinds Amphitheater. Race shirts are available to pre-registered participants and additional shirts will be distributed while supplies last. Coffee will be provided by Death of the Fox Brewing Co.
A post-race awards ceremony and refreshments are part of the event. Awards include overall male and female winners and top three male and female finishers in the following age groups: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 plus.
