Walk On 5K Walk/Run/Roll - Exeter, NH
The Walk On 5K Walk/Run/Roll is a timed 5K held at Exeter High School in Exeter, New Hampshire. The course distance is 3.1 miles / 5K and the start and finish are at the high school entrance. The route is closed to vehicle traffic during the event, is marked with signs and directional arrows, and has course volunteers stationed at key points.
The course follows Blue Hawk Drive toward Epping Road, includes two turnaround points and two short out-and-back sections near the fields, and passes William Ball Stadium and the faculty parking area. Participants should follow course markings and volunteer directions throughout the event.
Strollers, handcycles, and wheelchairs are welcome; bicycles and dogs are not permitted. A virtual 5K option is available for participants who cannot attend in person; virtual completions are to be completed within a specified date window in late September 2026. The event is organized as a charity 5K; proceeds support families affected by Limb Girdle Muscular Dystrophy and benefit the Dion Foundation for Children with Rare Disease. Registration fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
