Cancellation and entry policies: no refunds after registration; deferrals are considered only under special circumstances up to two months before race day; sold-out distances are not expanded; bibs are non-transferable. Runners may drop down in distance at no cost until registration closes; moving up in distance is not permitted after registration. If the event is canceled for weather, fires, or other reasons, participants may either defer to the following year (valid for one year) or receive a 50% refund.
