Wakefield Hospice 10K 2027
Wakefield Hospice 10K takes place in Wakefield, West Yorkshire on Sunday 14 March 2027. The event is organised by Wakefield Hospice to raise funds for patient care and marks the race's 30th anniversary. Entrants can choose a symbolic £30 entry fee to celebrate the anniversary; standard entry prices are listed between £22.00 and £30.00.
The course is a single-lap, flat road route of 10 km and is described as suitable for wheelchairs. The event has an entry limit of 2,750 runners. Official pacers are provided to support target times and prizes are awarded to the top three male and female finishers plus age-category awards. Participants receive a 30th anniversary finisher t-shirt.
On-course and event facilities include water, distance markers, toilets, changing facilities, baggage storage, medical services, physio, food and drink, commentary, a property tent and prize giving.
