About the race
The Wagga Running Festival 2026, presented by Wagga Foot Clinic, is a community road running event held at the Riverside Precinct in Wagga Wagga, NSW on 22 November 2026. The event uses a course along the Murrumbidgee River and the Wiradjuri Walking Track, described as flat and fast.

- 10 km
- 5 km (The Daily Advertiser)
- 2 km Family Dash
All finishers receive a 2026 Wagga Race Series-themed medal, post-race snacks, sponsor giveaways, and a finisher's certificate. Interactive GPX course maps are provided for each distance. Volunteers are invited to help on race day; perks for volunteers include free Race Hub Australia merchandise, a complimentary entry to a future race to the value of $60, and a post-event breakfast.
Entry management and refund policies are specified: entries may be transferred to another person or between distances up to three days before the event with a A$15 administration fee; refunds are tiered—75% refundable up to six weeks before the event, 50% between four and six weeks, 25% between two and four weeks, and no refunds within 14 days of the event. If the event must be postponed or cancelled, entries will be transferred to a new date where possible; where rescheduling is not possible, remaining funds may be offered as partial refunds or donated to charity.
