Wabamun Open Water Swim and SwimRun Challenge
The Wabamun Open Water Swim and SwimRun Challenge takes place on July 12, 2026 at Wabamun Provincial Park in Alberta. This is Canaqua Sports' first event in Alberta. Wabamun Lake is located half an hour west of Edmonton.
Swimming events include the following distances:
- 1K
- 3K
- 5K
Swimrun formats offered are Swimrun Mini and Swimrun Basic. The event is organized by Canaqua Sports, which runs an open water swim series and the Mudskipper SwimRun Challenge.
