Voices for Recovery
Voices for Recovery is an event in Elyria, Ohio at Bur Oak Pavilion on September 26, 2026. The event supports recovery from substance use disorders and recognizes National Recovery Month, with an emphasis on community awareness in Lorain County.
The event program includes two participation options:
- 5K (3.1 Miles) chip timed
- 1 Mile Fun Walk untimed
Registration fees are stated as $25 for pre registration and $30 for race day registration. Registration opens July 15, 2026 and closes September 25, 2026. Mailed entries must be received by September 23, 2026. Early packet pickup is available at Psych and Psych Services in Elyria on September 25.
Awards for the 5K include top male and top female overall, plus top three in these age groups: 19 and under; 20 to 29; 30 to 39; 40 to 49; 50 to 59; 60 to 69; 70 and over. T shirts are guaranteed for runners who register before September 12 and are available subject to availability after that date.
