Voices for Recovery
Voices for Recovery is a community event in Elyria, Ohio that supports recovery from substance use disorders and recognizes National Recovery Month. The event takes place at Bur Oak Pavilion in Lorain County and includes a timed 5K run and an untimed 1 mile fun walk.
Registration details are provided for pre-registration and race day, with a pre-registration fee of $25 and a race day fee of $30. Mailed entries must be received by September 23, 2026. T-shirts are guaranteed for participants who register before September 12, 2026 and are available while supplies last after that date. Early packet pickup is available at Psych and Psych Services in Elyria on the day before the event.

- 5K (3.1 Miles), chip timed
- 1 Mile Fun Walk, untimed
The 5K includes awards for top male and female overall and top three finishers in these age groups: 19 & Under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and Over. Dogs are not allowed at the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
