Event overview
Las Virgenes Canyon Ultra Trail Races take place Saturday, April 25, 2026, at Victory Trailhead in Woodland Hills (Los Angeles), CA. The event was formerly called Ahmanson Ranch Trail Races. The course uses rugged trails with punchy climbs and wide-open views. A new 100K distance is offered for 2026.

Race details
The event is fully supported and is cupless, so participants should plan for their own bottles or hydration vests. Course markings: 6K routes are marked in pink, 12K and longer routes are marked in purple; a notable left turn is near mile 5.5. Drop bags are allowed for 30K and longer and are handled at the trailhead. Pacers are permitted for longer races after specific laps (54K after 3 loops, 84K after 4, 100K after 5). The course closes at 6:00 and the final 6K loop for the 100K has an earlier start requirement.
Parking includes a $3 cash lot for 100K/84K and volunteers, plus free street parking on Victory Blvd. Post-race offerings include food, drinks, music, recovery, medals, and swag.
