Ville to Ville Sprint Relay
The Ville to Ville Sprint Relay is a three person running relay covering 21 miles with start and finish at Trailblazer Park in Travelers Rest, SC. The course follows the Swamp Rabbit Trail and finishes with a post-race tailgate that includes music, college football, and craft brews.
The race is divided into six legs. Each consecutive leg is one mile shorter, and the three team members split the legs as follows:
- Leg 1 - 6 Miles
- Leg 2 - 5 Miles
- Leg 3 - 4 Miles
- Leg 4 - 3 Miles
- Leg 5 - 2 Miles
- Leg 6 - 1 Mile
Team captains register and pay the team fee at registration. Fees are non-refundable but the team can be transferred to another captain. Tiered team pricing is set by date ranges and total event capacity is 200 teams. Team members may register without a fee after a captain creates the team.
Each team should have three members but may run with two. Preliminary rosters are due September 1, 2026. Roster changes are allowed until race day; changes after September 20, 2026 carry a $25 fee.
All runners receive a race shirt and a finisher medal. Strollers and pets are not permitted on the course for safety; supervised children and pets may wait in the start and finish area. Runners must be at least 13 years old on race day. Teams must maintain an average pace of 12:00 minutes per mile or faster for course support planning.
