Event details
Village Creek Trail Run takes place inside Village Creek State Park at 8854 Park Rd 74, Lumberton, TX 77657. The course runs through shaded pine forests on soft dirt trails and includes creek crossings. Sections of the route are flat and faster, while other parts are technical with exposed roots. Proceeds from the event support NMA, which works with 1egacy Group, law enforcement, advocacy groups, and families to recover missing and exploited children. The organization’s activities include tracking traffickers, leading outreach, responding to crises, and search efforts.

All finishers receive a finisher medal and a race shirt. The top three male and female finishers in each distance will receive additional prizes to be announced.
Logistics
Packet pickup is scheduled the evening before the race and also on race morning at the site. An aid station is located at the connection of Village Slough Outer Loop and Longleaf Loop and is stocked with water, electrolytes, and fruit.
