Village Creek Trail Run 5k-10k - June 20, 2026
The event takes place at Village Creek State Park, with the meeting location listed as 8854 Park Rd 74, Lumberton, TX 77657. The course runs through shaded pine forests and follows soft dirt trails with creek crossings. Portions of the route are flat and faster while other sections are more technical with roots and uneven ground.

An aid station is placed at the connection of Village Slough Outer Loop and Longleaf Loop and is stocked with water, electrolytes, and fruit. Packet pickup is scheduled the day before at Lumberton City Park and on the morning of the race at the race site; specific pickup times are provided by the organizer.
All finishers receive a finisher medal and a race shirt. Additional prizes will be awarded to the top three male and top three female finishers in both the 5 km and 10 km races; details of those prizes will be announced later.
Proceeds from the event support NMA, a nonprofit that works with 1egacy Group, law enforcement, advocacy groups, and families on efforts to recover missing and exploited children.
