Event Details

The Village Creek Trail Run takes place on June 20, 2026, at Village Creek State Park. The address is 8854 Park Road 74 in Lumberton, Texas.

Course

The run occurs on trails within the state park. The course passes through shaded pine forests and includes soft dirt trails and creek crossings. The terrain varies, with some flat and fast sections and other more technical, rooted sections. There is one aid station, located at the connection of the Village Slough Outer Loop and Longleaf Loop. It provides water, electrolytes, and fruit.

Logistics

Packet pickup is available on the Friday before the event at Lumberton City Park and on race morning at the event site. The park opens at 8:00 AM on race day, with a race briefing at 9:30 AM. The 5K starts at 10:00 AM, and the 10K starts at 10:30 AM.

Participation

All finishers receive a finisher medal and a race shirt. The top three male and female finishers in each distance receive additional prizes.
