Important information
A waiver must be signed via pre-registration for each person who will be on course; spectators do not need a waiver. The event does not provide event shirts, timing, finisher medals, or race bibs for these free events. The course is not closed to normal traffic, so participants should be cautious and keep to the right side of the course unless passing. Strollers are discouraged and require a separate stroller waiver if used. Kids may be on foot or in a stroller only; bikes, skates, skateboards, scooters, and similar rolling devices are not allowed on the course. Adequate water stops are provided and EMS or trained personnel will be on standby. Volunteers must meet the stated age requirement.
