Victory Marathon, Half Marathon and 5K
The Vermillion Trails Alliance hosts the fourth annual Victory Marathon, Half Marathon and 5K on 04/03/2027 at Vermillion Rise Mega Park in Hillsdale, Indiana. The event location is listed as 1051 W Indiana Ave, Hillsdale, IN 47854.

- Half Marathon: 13.1 Miles

The marathon course is USATF certified and designated as a Boston qualifier. The route passes through a once-secret historic military munitions compound that supplied explosives during World War II and later stored other military weapons through the mid 1900s into the early 2000s. The site has been repurposed for local industry and still contains remnants of military ruins and former manufacturing facilities.
Race features noted by the organizer include unique bib numbers, finisher medals, and military themed race shirts. Discounts are available for veterans and for students and staff of Vermillion and Parke counties. Registration opens on 06/01/2026 and closes on 01/29/2027.
