About the race
The Victoria Park running event on 9 October 2027 offers three chip-timed distances held on wide, flat park paths in London. The course uses a lapped format on public paths and includes clear route signage and marshal presence.
Distances:
- Half Marathon 6.75 laps on park paths; 17 m elevation gain
- 10K 3 laps on park paths
- 5K 1.5 laps on park paths
Included with entry are a themed medal, free race photos, chip-timed results, post-race goodies and a secure bag drop. There is a water station on course and water available at the finish. An event village provides food and coffee trucks and on-course staff provide guidance during the race. Race pack collection and baggage drop are organised from the event village.
Participants should remain aware of other park users since the route is on public paths. Runners are asked to keep left to allow safe overtaking. A lead-bike will precede the lead runner of each distance and will give vocal instructions when approaching.
Accessibility notes state that buggy runners and wheelchair athletes are welcome, and dogs are not permitted to run. Spectators can view from the event village or from various points around the park. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
