Victoria Park Half Marathon, 10k and 5k November 2026
The Victoria Park running event takes place in East London, utilizing the smooth park paths of one of the city's established green spaces. The course features a tarmac surface and follows a route through open lawns and tree-lined avenues. Because the terrain is predominantly flat with low elevation gains, the paths are designed to facilitate consistent pacing and easy viewing for spectators.
Participants can choose from three distinct distances:
- Half Marathon: 6.5 laps with an elevation of 17m.
- 10k: 3 laps with an elevation of 8m.
- 5k: 1.5 laps with an elevation of 2m.
The event organization provides accurate kilometre markers with distance flags, clear signage, and marshals positioned at key points along the course. Every participant's effort is recorded using chip timing. The event village includes various food and drink options for attendees.
Each entry includes a unique themed medal, free professional race photos, and post-race goodies provided by event partners at the finish line. Results are processed and made available via chip timing. Runners also have the option to purchase an event-specific t-shirt featuring the race logo during the registration process.
