14th Annual Vicki Soto 5K : Bridgeport, CT
The 14th Annual Vicki Soto 5K is a community fundraising event held at Hartford HealthCare Amphitheater in Bridgeport, Connecticut on November 7, 2026. The event supports the Vicki Soto Memorial Foundation’s work in education, literacy, scholarships for aspiring educators, classroom resources, and local community partnerships. The event offers in-person and virtual options and a kids fun run for ages 8 and under. Registration for the 5K includes chip timing, a shirt, and access to after-race festivities. Bibs and race shirts must be picked up before the race start, and entry to the amphitheater requires either a participant bib or a spectator wristband; children under five do not require a wristband.
The course is USATF certified. Awards are presented for top male and female overall and the top three male and female finishers in each age group: 9 & under; 10 to 13; 14 to 18; 19 to 29; 30 to 39; 40 to 49; 50 to 59; 60 to 69; 70 to 79; and 80 & over. Awards are distributed at the timing tent after the race.
