About the race
Vibha Atlanta Dream Mile is a fundraiser run and walk held at The Collection at Forsyth, 410 Peachtree Pkwy, Cumming, GA 30041. The event includes multiple distance options, a Phantom Runner option for remote support with an event T shirt, and a free entry category for children age six and under.
Registration opens on June 14. Online registration is noted to close on September 19 at 5:00 PM, and event day registration is available from 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM. Chip timing is included for registrations eligible for awards if registered by Tuesday, September 8; later registrations may not be guaranteed chip timing.

- 13.1 Miles Half Marathon
- Phantom Runner (support, receive T shirt)
The 5K and 10K courses are listed as USATF certified and as Peachtree qualifier courses; half marathon certification is in progress. Awards are distributed for the Half Marathon, 10K Run, 5K Run, and for 5K Walk winners aged 40 and over. Finisher medals are awarded to Half Marathon and 10K finishers. Awards are determined by gun time, participants must wear the official bib with timing chip visible, and no participant may receive more than one award.
A training program called Dream Mile Striders offers coaching and schedules for 5K, 10K, and half marathon preparation, covering topics such as race day nutrition, pacing, recovery, cross training, and injury prevention. Each Dream Mile also supports a local community cause, and past beneficiaries have included Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and the International Community School in Decatur.
