Vibha Atlanta Dream Mile 2026
The Vibha Atlanta Dream Mile 2026 is a run and walk event held on Sunday, September 20, 2026, at The Collection at Forsyth in Cumming, GA. The event offers multiple distance options and a Phantom Runner option for remote supporters who still receive an event T-shirt.
Distances offered:
- Kids 6 and under : free entry
- 1 Kilometer Walk
- 5 Kilometers Walk
- 5 Kilometers Run
- 10 Kilometers Run
- 13.1 Miles (Half Marathon)
- Phantom Runner (support and receive T-shirt)
The 5K and 10K courses are USATF certified; half marathon certification is in progress. Races are professionally timed, and chip timing is included for registrations eligible for awards if registered by Tuesday, September 8; later registrations may not be guaranteed chip timing. All participants who complete the half marathon and the 10K receive finisher medals. Trophies are awarded to winners in run categories and selected walk categories. Awards are determined by gun time; participants must wear the official race bib with timing chip visible on the front to be eligible for awards. The event also notes free T-shirts for participants, free parking, and food and water on course subject to state and local regulations.
A Dream Mile Striders training program is offered with coached schedules for 5K, 10K, and half-marathon preparation and topics such as pacing, nutrition, recovery, and injury prevention. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
