InFirst Bank Veteran's Marathon, Half Marathon and Marathon Relay
The 15th annual InFirst Bank Veteran's Marathon, Half Marathon and Marathon Relay takes place on November 1, 2026, on the Ghost Town Trail near Indiana, Pennsylvania, with a start/finish area in the Blairsville/Saylor Park vicinity. The event is hosted by the Indiana Road Runners Club and proceeds support veterans in Western Pennsylvania through the Western Pennsylvania Veterans Relief Fund, a 501(c)(3).

Runners follow an out-and-back course from Saylor Park to Dilltown on the Ghost Town Trail. The trail has an approximate 2% grade on the outbound segment, resulting in a downhill finish. There are mile markers at every mile and aid stations approximately every 2–4 miles; the marathon and relay include nine aid stations and the half marathon includes five. Porta-johns or facilities are available at each aid station. All finishers receive a finisher's medal.
Packet pick-up occurs the day before the race at the Jimmy Stewart Museum and Levity Brewing Co, and on race day at Saylor Park. The marathon is a certified Boston qualifier and is designated as the RRCA Pennsylvania state championship event for 2026 pending confirmation.
