Veterans Haven 5K Run and 1 Mile Walk
The 12th Annual Veterans Haven 5K Run and 1 Mile Walk takes place in Haddonfield, New Jersey on November 7, 2026. The event is organized by Haddonfield American Legion Post 38, begins at Christ the King Church, and follows routes through the Camden County park system adjacent to the historic Cooper River. The 5K is chip timed.
Packet pickup and on-site registration are available at Haddonfield Running Co and at the race site on the day of the event. Registration opens December 29, 2025 and closes October 30, 2026. The registration fee is $40.00.
Proceeds provide financial support for Veterans Haven South in Winslow, NJ, a transitional facility for homeless and unemployed veterans that reports an 87% success rate in its program. Awards include medals for the overall male and female winners and top-three awards in standard age divisions: 15 and under, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and over.
