Veteran's Flag Day 5K Run

25th Annual Veteran's Flag Day 5K Run and 1 Mile Walk

Community Hope organizes the 25th Annual Veteran's Flag Day event on June 11, 2026 with a rain date of June 18, 2026 at Lyons VA Medical Campus in Lyons, New Jersey. The event includes in-person and virtual options and is presented as a fundraiser whose proceeds support Community Hope's Hope for Veterans Program.

Registration opens March 19 and closes April 30. An early-bird discount of $5 applies through April 30. The event is part of the USATF New Jersey Grand Prix and is held on a USATF sanctioned and certified course; USATF members receive a $3 discount. Virtual participants may track results using the Strava app, and results including time and distance will be uploaded to Community Hope.

Prizes are awarded by overall finish and in age-group and team categories, including 10-year age divisions plus youth and masters categories. All participants receive a free t-shirt.
