Veterans Everyday 5K Run/Walk
The Veterans Everyday 5K Run/Walk is a 5K event held in Prospect Park at the Bartel-Pritchard Lot in Brooklyn, NY. Registration is not yet open.
Registered participants receive a finisher medal and a towel. Live online, text, and email results are provided, and finish line photos and video are available free on the day of the event. A personalized bib is available to those who register at least three weeks in advance.
Awards include top three male and female finishers, a First Time Runner Award, the fastest overall veteran runner, and recognition for the largest team. The event names B.V.S.J Veterans Service Organization - Veterans Everyday Campaign as its beneficiary.
Bib pickup is available beginning one hour before the event; participants must know their bib number to collect it, and a self-lookup area is provided. If registration occurs within 24 hours of bib pickup, the bib number can be sent by text within about 90 seconds or obtained via the event bib lookup process.
Portable restrooms are located near the finish line. Public transportation access serves Prospect Park. Additional race photos are posted on the event's Facebook presence. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
