Veterans Everyday 5K Run/Walk
The Veterans Everyday 5K Run/Walk is a 5-kilometer road event held at Prospect Park, Bartel-Pritchard Lot, Brooklyn, NY 11215. The event supports the B.V.S.J Veterans Service Organization Veterans Everyday Campaign.
Participants receive a finisher medal and a towel. Results are provided live online and sent by text and email. Finish line photos and same-day finish line videos are provided free of charge. A personalized bib is available for registrants who register at least three weeks in advance.
Bib pickup opens one hour before the event. Runners must know their bib number to pick up a bib; a self-lookup area is available on site. If registration occurs within 24 hours of bib pickup, the bib number will be texted within 90 seconds or can be found via bib lookup.
Awards include top three male and female finishers, a First Time Runner Award, an award for the fastest overall veteran runner, and an award for the largest team. Portable restrooms are located near the finish line. Registration is not yet open and will open ahead of the event date; notification of opening can be requested through the event information.
