6th Annual Veterans Day at McKay takes place on Saturday, November 14, 2026, at 3110 Harris Street in Eureka, California. The event uses an out-and-back course that runs through the McKay Community Forest with access from Harris Street next to Redwood Acres. The listing shows about 150 participants and several community sponsors.
The event program includes a Community Connections Fair and food offerings, including a BBQ hosted by American Legion Post 274 and service from Frankie's NY Bagels. An awards ceremony follows the races. All proceeds benefit local Veteran Surf, Mountain bike and Ceramics programs.
