Veterans Day 5K Walk/Run - Tucker, GA (November 7, 2026)
The Veterans Day 5K Walk/Run is scheduled for November 7, 2026 at Tucker High School, 5036 Lavista Rd, Tucker, GA 30084. The event benefits American Legion Post 207 and raises funds to support the Post's mission of Rescue, Restore, Repay for veterans in the Tucker area.
The event is a chip timed 5K held on a certified course that can be used as a 2027 Peachtree Road Race qualifier. Awards are offered overall male and female, masters male and female, and age group awards three deep in these divisions: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and up. Race t-shirts are guaranteed for participants registered by October 28; registrants after that date are not guaranteed a shirt.
Registration prices listed for the 5K are $30, $35, and $40 depending on registration dates. Race day registration and packet pick up are handled at the start/finish area in the parking lot on the west side of Tucker High School off Chamblee Tucker Road.
