Vet Fest 2026
Vet Fest is an annual multi-disciplinary event held in the town of Whitehall in Middletown, Delaware. The event serves as a gathering for military and civilian communities to focus on physical fitness and veteran support. Participants can choose from several different modalities and distances located at 801 Mapleton Ave.
The event offers several local participation options:
- 5K running race
- 5K ruck (open trail course)
- 1 Mile family fun walk (untimed)
- Motorcycle ride starting offsite
A virtual participation option is also available for the 5K distance, allowing participants outside of the Delaware area to run, ruck, or walk from any location. All registered participants receive a commemorative event t-shirt via mail. Registration follows a dynamic pricing structure that increases as the event date approaches, with specific price points for early registration, late registration, and day-of registration.
The event aims to benefit efforts to reduce military suicide through the organization Stop Soldier Suicide. In addition to the athletic components, motorcycle riders participate by meeting at an offsite location before riding into the Town of Whitehall together.
