Vestcor 5K Bridge Run
The Vestcor Family Foundation holds an annual charity event featuring a 5K race and a 1 mile fun run in downtown Jacksonville on Water Street. The course starts and finishes on Water Street by the Lofts at LaVilla, passes Vestcor properties including Lofts at Monroe and Lofts at Jefferson Station, and continues over the bridges before the finish.

Post-race provisions include free food, beer, finisher medals and awards. Chick-fil-A and a Chick-fil-A promotional team will be onsite with food and promotional items. Drawings and raffle prizes are part of the event.
Entry fees vary by registration date. For the 5K the fee ranges from $30 in the early period to $50 on race day. The 1 mile fee ranges from $15 to $25 depending on registration timing. Refunds are not available.
Packet pickup is available on the Thursday and Friday before the event at designated 1st Place Sports locations, with any unclaimed packets moved to the race site on race day. Packets list bib assignments and pickup locations. Parking is available in lots around the Lofts at LaVilla; additional parking details are provided in event instructions.
Awards are presented to the top three men and women overall, top masters male and female, and top three finishers in multiple age groups from 10 and under through 75-79, plus an additional older category.
