Event Overview
The Vanessa 6k Birthday Run is a community sports event held at Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Field in Avon Park, Florida. Participants take part in a 3.7-mile course at the Boys and Girls Club track. This event is designed for multiple forms of movement, allowing individuals to run, walk, or use strollers.

Venue and Activities
The course is situated at the Boys and Girls Club track facility. On-site activities include music and food for attendees of all ages. All participating children receive a complimentary medal in recognition of their efforts. In addition to the run and walk, the event features a raffle open to all registered participants, with prizes such as a bicycle, a flat-screen TV, and a laptop.
